Frankenweenie Mani

Hey hey so Halloween is fast approaching and I wanted to do a manicure inspired by the black and white stop motion film Frankenweenie. Frankenweenie is about a boy who attempts to bring his dog Sparky back to life using the energy and the electricity generated from lighting. I worked with a small detail brush to create some of my favorite characters from the film. I really wanted to include the black poodle from the movie, but come on now, who can create a realistic looking poodle using polish? lol I hope you guys enjoy this design despite the fact that my photos turned out horribly! I guess my camera wanted to give tricks instead of treats...

Halloween Nail Art Challenge: Spiderwebs

Aloha! Today's Halloween Nail Art Challenge is inspired by spider webs. I wanted to avoid all black nails so I chose to do a haunted house and graveyard stamp (BM-305) on my ring and pointer fingers  and 3 spider web nails. For the spider webs I used a long striper brush dipped in silver polish. I would have liked the spider web lines to be thinner. Guess I have to cut my bristles down for next time. Do they make single haired nail art brushes? Like the type you need a magnifying glass to see. LOL

Check out the other spooktacular entries for this challenge =)
